Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 cup oats 
  • 1 cup full fat milk or almond milk 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1 Tablespoon of raisins 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of diced prunes. 


  1. Add all the above to a 2 cups jar.
  2. Seal tightly and store in the fridge.
  3. In the morning stir the contents and top with some nuts (We used shaved almonds) and some berries.
