Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
 - 1 cup full fat milk or almond milk
 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
 - 1 Tablespoon of raisins
 - 1-2 tablespoons of diced prunes.
 
Instructions:
- Add all the above to a 2 cups jar.
 - Seal tightly and store in the fridge.
 - In the morning stir the contents and top with some nuts (We used shaved almonds) and some berries.
