- 1/2 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 measure Irish whiskey
- Heavy cream, slightly whipped
Use a strong glass, add a spoon, add the measure of whiskey, pour in 1/2 cup of good strong coffee and then the tricky bit…
Over the back of a spoon gently pour the thick cream, I thicken the cream in a glass jam jar, make sure it is very clean and totally dry.
Pour the cream into the jar and shake until thick but dont let it turn to butter, very easily done.
A lot of recipes call for adding sugar. I don’t add sugar, sugar is a killer, whiskey is of course very healthy.
