DV #82: California Won’t Fully Reopen

On Friday Governor Gavin Newsom announced that California won’t be fully reopening until there is a vaccine for the coronavirus. He rolled out his new plan to reopen some sectors of the economy and has announced that in an effort to create a ‘new normal’ – many sectors of the economy will not be fully reopening for quite some time. Restaurants, bars, and gyms (among others) will not be allowed to operate at full capacity for the foreseeable future. We take you through Gavin’s latest power grab.
