Broiled Salmon


  • Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon fillet(s)
  • Pepper 
  • Salt 
  • Lemon 
  • Butter


  1. Dry the salmon thoroughly. 
  2. Season with pepper and salt. 
  3. Add a few nobs of butter on top of the salmon.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil. 
  5. Broil for 6-7 mins and test for doneness. 
  6. Squeeze lemon on the fillet.
  7. Serve with a crunchy salad and a dry crisp white wine.
