- Dry the salmon thoroughly.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Add a few nobs of butter on top of the salmon.
- Cover a baking sheet with tin foil.
- Broil for 6-7 mins and test for doneness.
- Squeeze lemon on the fillet.
- Serve with a crunchy salad and a dry crisp white wine.
