Blueberry & Banana Crumble (GF)
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1/3 cup Almonds
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1/3 cup Candied Pecans
- Mixed frozen or fresh berries and banana
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Add all the nuts into a ziplock bag and then bash with anything heavy.
- Add to the flour and mix in the butter.
- Butter 4 ramekins add the berries and top with the crumble and cook for 30 mins or until the berries are bubbling, remove from the oven let cool a bit, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
