Banana Peanut Almond Smoothie


  • 2 Cups Almond Milk (zero sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter ( I definitely added a lot more) 
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (full fat)
  • 4 Frozen bananas sliced 


  1. Add ingredients to the blender in this order: milk, yogurt, then peanut butter, and then bananas. Pulse. 
  2. Optional add-ons: 1 cup Mixed Berries, 1/2 cup quick cook oatmeal, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, Honey if you need it sweeter.
